No one is going to come and tell you to slow down. You need to take the much-needed rest and avoid straining yourself.  No one is going to come and save you and this is why you should be kind to yourself.

When was the last time you bought your favourite snack? It would be wonderful to spoil yourself. It might not be every day but it will surely make you happy. Responsibilities and bills are not going to vanish, try spoiling yourself regularly.

Dear reader, take care of yourself. Eat healthy foods, take your medication and surround yourself with people who appreciate you. Your reward might be happiness, growth and a healthy lifestyle.

Be kind to the person you see when you look in the mirror. Don’t you think he or she deserves to smile more? You deserve to be happy and it’s never too late to do anything you love. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO PRACTICE SELF-CARE 🤗
