We all need that special friend

Occasionally all you need is someone who can hug you or laugh at one of your lame jokes. Life is seasoned with a lot of disappointments and this is why it is important to have a strong support system. It is important to have someone who will be there for us during the good and bad days. Someone we can trust and someone who loves us unconditionally.

We all need that special friend who is willing to pick up the phone in the middle of the night and to let us vent. You need a friend with whom you will share memories.

I hope that you will find that special friend and if you have already found your special friend never let her or him go.

  1. I had that specific friend called Viola, she passed away unexpectedly in July 2020. To say that my world was shattered is an understatement. She was my definition of hope, comfort, solace and genuine friendship. We had plans to travel in 2020 and live our lives, sad how she passed away in that same year. I hope to find solace in writing a tribute blog for her this year. Thank you for this blog.

    1. Sending hugs to you my dear. I am sorry for your loss and may you continue to find healing. Do everything that you and Viola had planned on doing. l am sure Viola would not want to see you miserable and failing to live your best life. Thank you for reading😘

      1. This has actually brought tears to my eyes. Sometimes I feel like I have had so much grief in my life. Viola was the tip of the iceberg. But indeed I plan to do whatever we had put on our to do list. That is how best I will honor her memory. Thank you for the empathy.
